Pure Beauty

Rarely do I cry while watching TV at 2am, but the pure beauty of life just tugged a few tears out. I have seen a few short clips of documentaries in the past about the birth cycle, but NOVA presented a wonderful episode on the science and beauty of life.

With a note on welfare, I'm back

You could say I've been busy...or just lazy...so here is a post for anyone still reading my blog. Victor forwarded me this excerpt from John Stossel's book about how rich people benefit from government programs such as agriculture subsidies and federal flood insurance. In short, welfare just isn't for poor people in true need of support...
